Are you ambitious, sharply analytical and someone who excels at what you do? Do you enjoy working with others and like to take initiative? Then perhaps you are the new colleague we are looking for.

At Gupta, we work in small groups on strategic healthcare projects. We are driven and result-focused but are also team players, and we are looking for new colleagues to reinforce our team.

Reinforce our team

Gupta sets the bar high

At Gupta Strategists, educational background is not the most essential. We have doctors, physicists, economists, pharmaceutical experts, biomedical scientist and econometricians. Some colleagues came here right out of school, while others first went on to receive a PhD or gain work experience elsewhere. What is important then? That you want to play a meaningful role in healthcare. That you have a critical mind and won’t settle for the easiest answers. That you enjoy teamwork, conducting quantitative analysis and making a difference for clients, and that you set the bar high for yourself and those around you.

Continuing to learn and develop

At Gupta Strategists, successful candidates work in small teams with experienced colleagues. This ensures they quickly gain the skills they need as consultants. Next to this, we also offer an extensive training program tailored to individuals’ specific development needs, and experienced consultants provide mentoring to new team members to assist them in their personal development. Successful Gupta consultants also have the opportunity to complete a top MBA program. Beyond this, our employment conditions are at least equal to those of any large, internationally oriented strategy consultancy firm.
